You can enjoy your fresh brewed Kona Coffee or your tropical drink out on the Lanai where you will enjoy watching HumpBack Whales during whale season, cruise ships come in and leave, the Gorgeous Hawaiian Sunsets or the surfer's at Lyman Beach or just relax with a good book. The main portion of the rental is upstairs and the laundry room/facilities is downstairs. The remaining bottom portion of the home is storage. There is no "onsite" caretaker or manager.
